Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://threeriverswashseal.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Driveway Cleaning, Dumpster Pad Cleaning, Patio Cleaning, Sidewalk Cleaning, Walkway Cleaning provided by Three Rivers Wash & Seal. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://threeriverswashseal.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Three Rivers Wash & Seal or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Three Rivers Wash & Seal does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Three Rivers Wash & Seal's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Three Rivers Wash & Seal from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
